Our experience from start to move in has been great. Impressive entrance with beautiful fountains and landscape. We only had 3 items on the punchlist which were attended to immediately. My husband and I moved into our new home mid April. Joe Rauso was our sales agent and Sean Truskowski was our building manager. Both men kept us informed on the progress of our home, sending us pictures and videos to keep us updated.

One alternative Mattamy is examining, that it hopes will be a successful compromise, is construction of an underpass for the trail to run under Gingerline Drive. The remainder of the trail's buildout depends on the completion of other Tradition neighborhoods, Grosswald said. "Just imagine, you're trying to have a nature experience and all of a sudden you have to detour for a mile and a half around it when you could just cross the street and continue on your nature trail." The trail would bisect Del Webb where it crosses Marshall Parkway and Gingerline Drive, a street inside the neighborhood. About 1.7 miles of it, from Tradition Town Center to Discovery Way, has been completed.
Joe and Rodney and then Guido, our warranty people responded immediately to questions and small problems. I gave it 4 stars because the landscaping out front and in the back is cheesy. Joe Zalobowski, the other warranty person, has been helpful. Whenever I see him around the community, he's very friendly and willing to answer any question that I have.
