Sean was very responsive to our many questions during the building. We love our new neighbors/community and are so happy we made the move to Telaro. One year later we found out Mattamy Homes started a new construction development called Manderlie at Tradition. This is our first newly built home and we are so excited to become a resident November 2020. We used a Mattamy lender who was most helpful. Our salesperson, Joann, was knowledgeable and always available for questions and progress pictures. Colin, our building supervisor did an amazing job of overseing the build, answering our many questions, and also sending progress pictures.

When I first came to Port Saint Lucie to look for a Home, was the first time visiting and I fell in love with it, especially Tradition. Tired of the busy city life in Broward county, Tradition has all the peace and tranquility I’m looking for enveloped within a beautiful community. As I ventured out to town, I loved how all my favorite shops were already here, it felt like it was meant to be. The people were friendly, and I liked the array of dining options I will have available for me. I can’t wait to finally move in and make Tradition my home for my hope will be a long time.
